What is tile adhesive?

Tile adhesive is a basically a bonding material which is used to stick different types of material like (Ceramic tiles or Vitrified tiles, Marble, Granite, Mosaic, Stone etc.) to different types of surfaces or various substrates such as (concrete, cement backer boards, or even certain types of wood) ensuring that the tiles remain securely in place once installed. It is composed of cement, finely graded sand, polymers that improve its workability, adhesion strength, flexibility, and resistance to moisture.
